Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of aequa.fi (“AEQUA”, “we”). If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The service
AEQUA provides informational rankings and tools about funding-rate opportunities across exchanges. It is decision-support only and does not provide financial advice or execute trades — see our Risk Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to access crypto-related information where you live. The site is not directed to anyone in a jurisdiction where its use would be unlawful.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, do not:
- scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- circumvent security or access data not intended for you;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its content, rankings and design are owned by AEQUA or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use; all other use requires our permission.
6. Third-party links and affiliates
The site links to third-party exchanges, some via affiliate links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content or their services. Your dealings with them are governed by their terms.
7. Disclaimers and “as is”
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEQUA is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site.
9. Changes
We may update the site and these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
