1. Not financial advice
The rankings, figures and content on AEQUA are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a personal recommendation or solicitation to enter into any transaction. We do not know your circumstances and offer no personalised buy/sell signals.
2. Estimates, not guarantees
Net-carry figures are estimates computed from modelled fees, slippage, funding intervals and market depth. They are not guaranteed, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and can change at any moment. Past or theoretical returns do not predict future results. Always verify on the exchange before acting.
3. Risk of crypto and derivatives
Trading crypto-assets and perpetual futures is high-risk and can lead to the total loss of your capital. Funding-rate arbitrage carries specific risks including execution and slippage risk, liquidation, sudden funding changes, exchange or counterparty failure, de-pegging and technical outages. Only risk what you can afford to lose.
4. What we do not do
AEQUA does not execute orders, route trades, auto-trade, copy-trade, hold or manage your funds, or take custody of assets. Any trade you make is your own decision, executed by you on a third-party venue under its terms.
5. Affiliate links
Some outbound links to exchanges are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up or trade through them, at no extra cost to you. This never changes how opportunities are ranked — ranking is based on the data, not on commercial relationships.
6. Do your own research
Make your own assessment and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before trading. Crypto services may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you.
